On September 15, 2021, Zhang Bingchang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Shipbuilding Hengyuan Science and Technology, led a team to the China Shipbuilding 710 Research Institute to carry out work exchanges. Zha Zhanpeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the 710 Institute, warmly received Zhang Bingchang and his entourage, and accompanied them to visit the Party Building Book Garden, Military Products Exhibition Hall, and Application Industry Exhibition Hall of the 710 Institute.
