Casting welding machine, also known as fully automatic battery casting welding machine, is a small valve-controlled sealed lead-acid battery casting and welding equipment. The whole set of equipment includes fixtures, molds, melting furnaces, cooling devices, and demoulding into the pool shell device. The clamp is composed of a fixed plate and a slidable pressure plate on the bottom plate, and the fixed plate is provided with a positioning pin; the surface of the casting welding mold is provided with a groove in the shape of a bus bar and a pole, and is provided with a positioning hole; the demoulding into the pool shell device includes a pneumatic demoulding device and a pneumatic into the pool shell device.
